Alcoa is a family-owned builder in St. George, Utah. Custom ground-up homes, additions, kitchen and bath remodels, casitas and basements across Washington County since 2007. The owner is on site. The crew is the same on framing as on trim.

Top-down refresh on a 1990s build. New kitchen, primary suite reconfigured, all flooring and finishes. Two phases over six months while the family stayed in place.
